Un projet participatif mettant la co-création en avant pour sortir des sentiers battus et amener une bonne dose de fraîcheur sur la scène brassicole !
BBP se développe bien sûr en Belgique mais aussi dans près de 20 pays. Notre premier pays à l’exportation est la France et nous souhaitons booster notre présence, en fédérant une communauté́ derrière nous et en augmentant notre distribution dans les meilleurs cafés et magasins.
Avec la présence de nos 2 bars/taprooms à Canal & Pigalle, l’occasion est idéale de saisir le momentum et on recherche donc un « Chief Ambassador » ultra chaud pour nous aider à renforcer notre présence sur Paris !

Ta mission ?
Le rôle du « Chief Ambassador » est essentiel pour faire grandir le projet.
On recherche une personne polyvalente en mode start-up.
Voici une liste non-exhaustive de tes responsabilités :
- Tu as l’âme du prédicateur et tu veux convertir de nouveaux cafés, restaurants, magasins de sortir des bières industrielles et des bières de papa pour oser quelque chose de frais !
- Tu reprendras un pool de clients existants sur un secteur défini avec qui col de mousse, houblons et acidité seront un fil conducteur de tes échanges.
- Tu soutiendras la logistique de l’équipe à Paris (stockage, réception/préparation des palettes, etc.)
- Tu n’auras pas peur de te retrousser les manches, ou les bas de pantalons, pour l’organisation d’événements !
- Tu connais notre petit bout d’histoire et tu la partages comme si tu étais avec nous depuis le 1er jour !
Le/La Chief Ambassador en quelques mots ?
- Amoureux/se de bières et des bonnes ! Tu connais les meilleurs cafés de ta ville et l’histoire de plusieurs brasseries craft nées dans la dernière décennie en France et à l’étranger. Car oui, tu as l’esprit aventurier et « a vu du pays ! »
- Ultra autonome, volontaire, créatif/ve, expansif/ve
- N’as pas l’âme d’un fonctionnaire et accepte de travailler hors du cadre rigide 9-17h
- Possède des expériences en vente, et tu as même un relationnel client déjà établi !
- Si tu viens du monde de la bière craft tu as déjà une longueur d’avance !
- Tu gères l’anglais (et connais l’espagnol ou portugais de base pour tes vacances), car ici on parle de tout !Il s’agit avant tout d’une personne qui adhère à notre philosophie, qui s’intègre dans notre équipe avec le bon état d’esprit :
- Tu as un très bon sens du relationnel
- Tu es curieux/se et toujours à la recherche des nouveaux bars et restaurants car tu aimes manger et partager les bonsmoments !
- Tu n’as pas peur de mettre la main à la pâte et de déplacer des cartons et futs de bières.
- Tu as envie de faire du terrain et de nouer des relations avec les différents gérants de bars, cafés, restaurants

You‘re a beer geek, you have a big smile, you enjoy rush time – sign in! The Taproom is looking for a new beerista. You will represent Beer Project and express the true love of fine beers.
Your mission
We look for someone to showcase top skills in advising & running a taproom
- engage with customers willing to learn more about beer
- advise our community on the large selection available
- be responsible for specific shifts with the possibility to handle the opening & closing
- be able to work under pressure & rush times
- share the story of Beer Project
- work Tuesday through Sunday from 2 to 12pm (not every day ?)- give tastings & tours
The perfect Beerista in a few words
- A total beer freak! You will represent Beer Project and express the true love of fine beers!
- You have a Big smile & top team spirit!
- You have previous experience in bartending
- You speak English and French or Dutch. All three of them is a big plus
- You are willing to learn about tastings & tour – work hard, enjoy hard-er !

The Brussels Beer Project in a few words? A participatory project highlighting co-creation to think outside the box and bring a good dose of freshness to the Belgian brewing scene! We started in 2013 in our garage, and today we are 25-strong & set to become one of the best breweries in Europe.
Our DNA is based on collaboration with our community whom we involve as much as possible in everything we do. We brew nearly 50 new pop-up beers per year in our brewery, located in the center of Brussels, and we are building a new 2.0 brewery on the Brussels canal to brew more great local craft beers. Very present in Brussels and in Belgium, we are also increasingly present in France and export to around fifteen other countries. We have 4 taprooms – in Brussels, Tokyo, Pigalle and Canal St Martin (Paris).
We have already welcomed many interns with the constant idea of creating a great life and professional experience for the young talents who join us.
What will you do?
Minimum 3-month internship with the desire to contribute to the life of the BBP, and in particular to spoil our community
- You will be our customer service whizz, in daily contact with our community to respond to their requests. You love being in contact with people and are all about great service!
- You support our Happiness Manager with the organization of events, online or in person (fingers crossed COVID leaves us alone soon!)
- You master the social, sharing stories and Instagram has no mysteries for you.
- You have a daily contact with our community on the social networks
- You love all things digital and take initiatives to improve our digitalisation
- You participate in the creation of content: newsletter, blog, posts and others …
- You question our community via a questionnaire and suggest improvements based on the results
- You facilitate our partnerships with actors of the Brussels scene to highlight our superb city!

E-commerce SUPER intern
full time – 6 months

Our story
The Brussels Beer Project in a few words? A participatory project highlighting co-creation, thinking outside the box and bringing a good dose of freshness to the Belgian brewing scene! We started in 2013 in our garage, and today we are over 30 dreaming & pushing to become one of the best craft breweries in Europe.
Our DNA is based on collaboration with our community, whom we involve as much as possible in everything we do, and on experimentation, with beer and beyond. We brew nearly 50 new pop-up beers per year in our brewery, located in the center of Brussels, and we are building a new 2.0 brewery in Brussels to continue to grow. Very present in Brussels and in Belgium, we are also increasingly present in France and export to around fifteen other countries. We have 5 taprooms – in Brussels (Rue Dansaert & Rue Bailli), Tokyo and Paris (Pigalle and Canal St Martin).
We have already welcomed many interns with the constant idea of creating a great experience for the young talents who join us.
Our Eshop
Our e-commerce is key in our strategy to bring great craft beers to our community all over Europe. We set it up to fight against COVID & it has quickly become a big traffic & sales channel in only one year. We have already shipped over 30.000 parcels to our customers & this is the very beginning!
There’s a lot to do still to scale-up & we’re looking to add a very talented intern who can push us further. Want to bring our e-commerce into Champion’s League? Welcome on board!
What will you do?
6 months internship starting February 2022 – Passionate about e-commerce, you are curious about this ever-changing field.
- You will help the E-commerce Manager in the daily management of the Beer Club (our e-commerce home delivery subscription), the pre-order project and the e-shop sales
- Management the product launch, creation of new offers and updates of our current products
- You support our E-commerce Manager in the implementation of our growth strategy (data analysis, conversion optimization, Shopify e-shop updates, product innovations, CRM improvements)
- You follow & analyze our e-commerce data and come up with recommendations and actions to improve our results.
- You fully handle the e-shop customer care. A broken box? A wrong delivery address? You take care of our customers & solve issues.
- You conduct various surveys analysis
- You follow the trends of e-commerce in the craft world and beyond in order to improve our eshop and digital transformation
Your profile
- Consummate passion for craft beers
- You already have a successful experience in E-commerce or want to dive into it.
- You talk UX/UI & e-commerce conversion optimization like your mother tongue
- You are familiar with Shopify or want to learn more
- You don’t have any fears of numbers and spreadsheets
- You have an excellent command of Excel and/or Google Data Studio. You read data like comics & handle them easily
- Autonomous, dynamic, organized, hands-on and pro-active
- OK to work outside the rigid frame 9 am-5pm
- You speak current English and perfectly French or Dutch

What will you do?
At BBP, Comm stands for communication, community and e-commerce. Part of our Comm team, you will be responsible for bringing the BBP story to life on social media, through great storytelling in words and images.
Minimum 3-month internship with the desire to contribute to the colorful universe of BBP, being a creative storyteller and the best friend of our community. Want to know what does that mean?
- Go around our breweries and bars around Brussels to capture the essence of each place! A phone camera and juicy creativity is all you need!
- Write compelling copywriting in English and French to match the energy of our striking images.
- Schedule stories and posts to guarantee our community won’t miss a drop of what’s happening behind-the-scenes
- Follow all the conversations and jump into meaningful interactions with our community in our comment sections
- Stay on top of the most recent trends on social content around the globe
- Analyze the performance of our online presence on the different channels and translate it into meaningful insights, appealing to all our COMM team
- Cooperate with our in-house content producer – that means holding lights and tripods, but also being a hands model for our next beer can shot.
Who are you?
- You should have some experience with image and video editing tools such as: Canva, inShot (or similar editing tool), Photoshop and Premiere.
- You are organized and results-oriented, have the ability to multitask and make quick decisions
- You have an eye for detail
- You have a passion for communication with an overflowing creativity
- You are a team player but can also work independently
- Top-notch writing & verbal communication skills, including exciting creative copy, with English proficiency.
- Positive, flexible on your hours & always keen to take up new challenges

Join our
STUDENT SQUAD!
STUDENT SQUAD – MIN 1 DAY/WEEK
WHAT WILL YOU DO ?
You will oversee the presence of BBP in all retail stores of Belgium’s big cities.
Your mission will be to manage the good layout of our beers on the shelves and in the double layout.
As a good shepherd, you will be given a batch of sheep (stores) and will have to make sure that they all stay together and don’t go astray.
You will be directly integrated in the BBP SALES team with our Chief Ambassadors, who know Belgium better than any participant of the Pekin Express.
