Tough Cookie is a collab with Maison Dandoy, a Brussels delicatessen since 1829. As we value circular economy very much, we used, for this collab, their broken speculoos cookies for the beer. And they then used our spent grain to make a new speculoos cookie.
This stout has a biscuity malt base full of body, a low bitterness, spicy touch from the speculoos & creamy mouthfeel. A great beer for this fall weather.
