The Tough Cookie is back for the month of October. Indeed, it is the return of our collaboration with Maison Dandoy, a Brussels delicatessen since 1829, for the first time brewed in our Port Sud brewery!
As we value circular economy very much, this stout is made with broken & not-up-to-standard speculoos cookies while Maison Dandoy used spent grains to produced new speculoos cookies.
You loved it before but we changed a bit the recipe. Boosted to 7.5% this year, it’s still a great interplay of roasted malts & cookies. A balanced recipe of malty, spicy & bitter, perfect for rainy days!

ABV: 7.5% – IBU: 20 – EBC: 150 – Style : Speculoos Stout
