After launching the first Belgian craft beer without alcohol last year, the brewers worked for a year to bring out its bitter sister with a strong character and loaded with hops.

The style of this beer is West Coast IPA, a beer that is typically found above 6% alcohol with a malty and hoppy side to it. An awesome challenge to brew this style without alcohol. Three hops from the Yakima region in the American West have been selected here to combine a frank bitterness with floral, fruity and coconut aromas. On the malt side, there are no less than 5 different types, more variety than in most special beers.

The BBP also insist on the brewing method because, as with the Pico Bello, this beer has not undergone any industrial process of dealcoholisation, which also leads to the disappearance of many aromas.
