Moonshot is the first collaboration ever made in Port Sud.

Sodbuster is a legendary hop farm in the pacific northwest, in the state of Oregon, a 5th generation family owned farm. One of the first hop growers in the United States.
Sodbuster supplied some hand selected hop varieties and their very best batches and sent them over via the Farm to Pint project from Yakima Chief ( Our main Hop Supplier).

For this collaboration we decided to brew a Mountain IPA, where West Coast IPA meets East Coast IPA.
Juicy Hop Aromas, West Coast Colour, Low bitterness, Modern tropical hops, dry and refreshing finish.

Hops: Idaho 7, Mosaic T90 & Cryo, Chinook, Simcoe

Berry, Stone Fruit, Tropical, Citrus, floral, Woody Hop Character

ABV: 6,3% – IBU: 20 – EBC: 28 – Style: Mountain IPA
