Beer Caramel Flavored Popcorn


  • 100 g un-popped popcorn 
  • 2 tbsp. of neutral oil (sunflower, peanut)
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 25 g semi-salted butter
  • 50 g of Grosse Bertha



In a large pan-pot, heat the oil. Once hot 🔥, pour in the 🌽 corn kernels and cover with a lid. When you hear the first “pops”, crack open a beer and lower the heat 😎. 

Shake regularly to avoid burning your popcorn. Once the frequency of “pops” 💥 decreases, turn off the heat, but leave the lid on. When the pan is silent, pour the popcorn into a bowl. 🍿 

Put the pan-pot back on the heat and pour in the brown sugar and semi-salted butter. Then add the Grosse Bertha and stir to obtain a smooth caramel, turn off the heat and pour the popcorn over the caramel. Stir quickly to coat all your popcorn in caramel.
