Born in the Summer ’13, Brussels Beer Project is now entering a most exciting stage of growth with a team of over 10 stupid dreamers shooting at the stars and an ever larger community behind it. Senior Creative Brewer

You’ll be a key player of our team by bringing fresh ideas, lead creations of new beers and introduce new brewing/cellaring techniques. As an experienced brewer, you can expect both responsibilities and dirty hands!

Your mission
- Dream & brew mouth-watering beers
- Perform daily brewhouse & cellaring operations
- Keep track of/improve our brew information system
- Maintain a safe, tidy & hygienic production facility
- Participate in the bottling/packaging tasks
- Ensure that the beers leaving our brewery are at top quality at all time
- Work with the team to decide the brew schedule
- Be ready for small brewery multitasking responsibilities!

- Contribute to Brussels Beer Project events & festivals
- Join/lead collaboration brews

Learning & sharing
- Learning freak willing to get updated with training opportunities, craft trends, research publications with the ambition to transcend your potential
- Share experience & learnings with the team

- Consummate passion for craft beer
- Creative & collaborative mindset is an absolute must
- Previous brewing experience is needed, preferably with a leader role
- Specific qualifications (IBD/MSc) are desirable, yet not required if strong practical experience
- Experience in barrel aging is a big plus
- Trained taster
- Team spirit with great communication skills
- Positive, flexible on her/his hours & always keen to take up new challenges
- Committed candidates only, not looking for one-night standers
- Be fluent in English or French is mandatory

Chief Ambassador NL

We rekruteren een Nederlandstalige « Chief Ambassador » om onze huidige klanten te koesteren en anderen te bekeren tot de gospel van het bier - wie gaat de uitdaging aan?

Je missie
- je hebt de ziel van een prediker en je wil nieuwe cafés, restaurants en winkels bekeren van de industriële bieren voor iets fris en vernieuwend!
- je bezoekt onze vaste klanten maar gaat ook op zoek naar de beste cafés, restaurants en winkels in Vlaanderen
- je kent onze geschiedenis en je verspreidt de gospel net zoals je er vanaf dag 1 van ons project bij was!

De chief ambassador in enkele woorden
- liefhebber van artisanale bieren! je kent de betere café's van Antwerpen, Leuven, Gent en de geschiedenis van de nieuwe generatie brouwerijen van de laatste 10 jaar uit binnen- en buitenland
- ultra-autonoom, vrijwillig, creatief, expansief en een team player
- OK om buiten de normale uren te werken
- verkoopservaring is een plus
- kennis van het Engels verplicht en het Frans wenselijk

En binnen 6 maanden
- na de eerste 6 maanden zal onze « Chief Ambassador NL» ook missies buiten onze contreien ontvangen met als focus Nederland

You‘re a beer geek, you have a big smile – sign in! The Taproom is looking for a new barista. The girl/guy will represent Beer Project and express true love of fine beers. 

Your mission
- engage with people willing to learn more about beer
- advise our community on the vast selection available
- share the story of Beer Project
- work Thursday through Saturday from 2 to 10pm
- give tastings & tours

The barista in a few words
- have previous experience in bartending or restaurants is preferable
- speak French & English (also Dutch is a plus)
- willing to learn about tastings & tour
- work hard, enjoy hard-er !:)

Community Intern

We are looking for an intern to boost our community, organise our events and help boost our start-up in as many fields as possible with a "can do spirit"!

Your mission
- You're in daily contact with our community, answer their demands and organise our events
- You take responsibilities in helping us manage social networks and demonstrate proactivity
– You help us become more digital
- You analyse our community surveys & suggest actions in order to improve experience
– You facilitate partnerships with different Brussels stakeholders, especially in the cultural scene
– You may also get logistics responsibilities depending on skills/length of internship

The “COMMUNITY - INTERN” in a few words
– passionate about craft beers!
– super autonomous, organized, entrepreneurial
- flexible with his/her hours 
- speaks French, English. Dutch is a big plus
